The main series is single-family homes on less than one acre, across Central Oregon and in Bend and Redmond each month. Terrebonne, Culver, Powell Butte and Camp Sherman are read on single-family homes of any lot size, since most homes there sit on acreage.
Condos and townhomes, and homes on an acre or more, have their own tables in each PDF.
A dash means too few sales to publish. A median needs 10 sales, and days to pending needs 10 sales with a pending date; a change from a year ago needs 30 sales in each year; a market call needs 30 sales in the last six months. When a market falls short, the report prints a dash instead of an estimate. The smaller towns are read over three months so their medians have enough sales to stand on.
4 months of supply or less is a seller's market, above 4 and under 6 is balanced, 6 or more is a buyer's market. Months of supply is homes for sale at month end divided by the average monthly sales of the last six months.
