Bend: 265 sales at a median of $400,000 (+10% from a year earlier), and the typical home went under contract in 12 days. Redmond: 89 sales at a median of $298,700 (+23% from a year earlier), and the typical home went under contract in 18 days.
The median home sold for $356,000 in June 2017, against a range of $255,000 to $359,409 since July 2014.

The median single-family home on less than an acre in Bend sold for $400,000 in June, up 10% from June 2016. 265 sold, the same number as June 2016. Homes that sold went under contract in a median of 12 days. At the end of June, 578 were for sale against 1,199 sales over the past six months: 2.9 months of supply, a seller's market by our measure (4 months or less is a seller's market). By price the market splits: Under $400K, $400K to $500K and $500K to $600K ran as a seller's market, while $750K to $1M gave buyers more room.
