

Crosswater is a private, gated golf community on 600 acres of woodlands and preserved wetlands within the Sunriver area, about 15 miles south of Bend. The community wraps around a heathland-style golf course designed by Robert E. Cupp and opened in 1995. The Deschutes and Little Deschutes Rivers thread through the property and cross the course up to seven times depending on tee selection. Residents also hold access to the broader Sunriver amenity network.
The community comprises estate lots, single-family homes, and Osprey Pointe condominiums, governed through the Crosswater Club. The club operates The Grille restaurant and a pro shop, with access to Sage Springs Spa and Fitness, and three miles of walking and biking trails run through the common area. The course has hosted the JELD-WEN Tradition (a PGA Tour Champions major, 2007 to 2010), the PGA Professional National Championship, and two NCAA Division I championships.
