Redmond: 92 sales at a median of $299,450 (+20% from a year earlier), and the typical home went under contract in 15 days.
The median home sold for $350,000 in July 2017, against a range of $255,000 to $359,409 since August 2014.

The median single-family home on less than an acre in Bend sold for $409,000 in July, up 14% from July 2016. 259 sold, 10 fewer than July 2016. Homes that sold went under contract in a median of 14 days. At the end of July, 625 were for sale against 1,314 sales over the past six months: 2.9 months of supply, a seller's market by our measure (4 months or less is a seller's market). By price the market splits: Under $400K, $400K to $500K and $500K to $600K ran as a seller's market, while $750K to $1M gave buyers more room.
