Bend: 143 sales at a median of $205,000 (−35% from a year earlier), and the typical home went under contract in 62 days. Redmond: 62 sales at a median of $150,400 (−33% from a year earlier), and the typical home went under contract in 65 days.
The median home sold for $180,000 in June 2009, against a range of $175,000 to $340,000 since July 2006.
