The median single-family home on less than an acre in Bend sold for $192,000 in October, down 3% from October 2010. 155 sold, 7 fewer than October 2010. Homes that sold went under contract in a median of 60 days. At the end of October, 665 were for sale against 923 sales over the past six months: 4.3 months of supply, a balanced market by our measure (above 4 and under 6 months is balanced). By price the market splits: Under $400K ran as a seller's market, while $400K to $500K gave buyers more room.
