Redmond: 79 sales at a median of $550,000 (+12% from a year earlier), and the typical home went under contract in 14 days.

The median single-family home on less than an acre in Bend sold for $750,000 in May, up 1% from May 2023. 141 sold, 30 fewer than May 2023. Homes that sold went under contract in a median of 11 days. At the end of May, 396 were for sale against 755 sales over the past six months: 3.1 months of supply, a seller's market by our measure (4 months or less is a seller's market). By price the market splits: $400K to $500K, $500K to $600K, $600K to $750K, $750K to $1M and $1M to $1.4M ran as a seller's market, while $1.4M to $2M gave buyers more room.
