The median single-family home on less than an acre in Bend sold for $718,975 in April, up 7% from April 2023. 174 sold, 34 more than April 2023. Homes that sold went under contract in a median of 9 days. At the end of April, 297 were for sale against 730 sales over the past six months: 2.4 months of supply, a seller's market by our measure (4 months or less is a seller's market). By price the market splits: $400K to $500K, $500K to $600K, $600K to $750K, $750K to $1M and $1M to $1.4M ran as a seller's market, while $1.4M to $2M gave buyers more room.
