Bend: 214 sales at a median of $439,995 (+4% from a year earlier), and the typical home went under contract in 34 days. Redmond: 69 sales at a median of $325,000 (+8% from a year earlier), and the typical home went under contract in 38 days.
The median home sold for $382,000 in December 2019, against a range of $327,720 to $407,500 since January 2017.
