Bend: 264 sales at a median of $331,250 (+6% from a year earlier), and the typical home went under contract in 15 days. Redmond: 87 sales at a median of $225,900 (+12% from a year earlier), and the typical home went under contract in 16 days.
The median home sold for $299,450 in July 2015, against a range of $185,500 to $299,450 since August 2012.

The median single-family home on less than an acre in Bend sold for $331,250 in July, up 6% from July 2014. 264 sold, 14 more than July 2014. Homes that sold went under contract in a median of 15 days. At the end of July, 597 were for sale against 1,330 sales over the past six months: 2.7 months of supply, a seller's market by our measure (4 months or less is a seller's market). By price the market splits: Under $400K and $400K to $500K ran as a seller's market, while $600K to $750K and $750K to $1M gave buyers more room.
