Bend: 274 sales at a median of $329,000 (+15% from a year earlier), and the typical home went under contract in 16 days. Redmond: 100 sales at a median of $236,450 (+24% from a year earlier), and the typical home went under contract in 19 days.
The median home sold for $285,000 in June 2015, against a range of $185,500 to $289,990 since July 2012.

The median single-family home on less than an acre in Bend sold for $329,000 in June, up 15% from June 2014. 274 sold, 17 more than June 2014. Homes that sold went under contract in a median of 16 days. At the end of June, 544 were for sale against 1,198 sales over the past six months: 2.7 months of supply, a seller's market by our measure (4 months or less is a seller's market). By price the market splits: Under $400K and $400K to $500K ran as a seller's market, while $600K to $750K gave buyers more room.
