Redmond: 67 sales at a median of $189,000 (+5% from a year earlier), and the typical home went under contract in 39 days.
The median home sold for $257,000 in October 2014, against a range of $149,250 to $270,500 since November 2011.

The median single-family home on less than an acre in Bend sold for $292,321 in October, up 14% from October 2013. 231 sold, 5 fewer than October 2013. Homes that sold went under contract in a median of 38 days. At the end of October, 552 were for sale against 1,389 sales over the past six months: 2.4 months of supply, a seller's market by our measure (4 months or less is a seller's market). By price the market splits: Under $400K, $400K to $500K and $500K to $600K ran as a seller's market, while $750K to $1M gave buyers more room.
