Bend: 166 sales at a median of $290,250 (+2% from a year earlier), and the typical home went under contract in 34 days. Redmond: 67 sales at a median of $209,999 (+14% from a year earlier), and the typical home went under contract in 23 days.
The median home sold for $255,000 in November 2014, against a range of $149,250 to $270,500 since December 2011.

The median single-family home on less than an acre in Bend sold for $290,250 in November, up 2% from November 2013. 166 sold, 9 fewer than November 2013. Homes that sold went under contract in a median of 34 days. At the end of November, 485 were for sale against 1,351 sales over the past six months: 2.2 months of supply, a seller's market by our measure (4 months or less is a seller's market). By price the market splits: Under $400K, $400K to $500K, $500K to $600K and $600K to $750K ran as a seller's market, while $750K to $1M gave buyers more room.
