Bend: 113 sales at a median of $700,000 (−6% from a year earlier), and the typical home went under contract in 34 days. Redmond: 66 sales at a median of $500,000 (−3% from a year earlier), and the typical home went under contract in 49 days.
The median home sold for $595,000 in December 2024, against a range of $523,500 to $658,330 since January 2022.

Homes that sold went under contract in a median of 34 days.
