Bend: 231 sales at a median of $325,000 (+15% from a year earlier), and the typical home went under contract in 22 days. Redmond: 83 sales at a median of $222,000 (+17% from a year earlier), and the typical home went under contract in 25 days.
The median home sold for $283,000 in December 2015, against a range of $200,000 to $304,500 since January 2013.

Homes that sold went under contract in a median of 22 days.
