The median single-family home on less than an acre in Bend sold for $169,450 in January, down 10% from January 2010. 134 sold, 27 more than January 2010. Homes that sold went under contract in a median of 37 days. At the end of January, 559 were for sale against 891 sales over the past six months: 3.8 months of supply, a seller's market by our measure (4 months or less is a seller's market). By price the market splits: Under $400K ran as a seller's market, while $400K to $500K gave buyers more room.
