The median single-family home on less than an acre in Bend sold for $775,462 in May, up 3% from May 2024. 152 sold, 11 more than May 2024. Homes that sold went under contract in a median of 21 days. At the end of May, 593 were for sale against 780 sales over the past six months: 4.6 months of supply, a balanced market by our measure (above 4 and under 6 months is balanced). By price the market splits: $600K to $750K ran as a seller's market, while $1.4M to $2M gave buyers more room.
