The median single-family home on less than an acre in Bend sold for $689,950 in June, down 12% from June 2024. 181 sold, 24 more than June 2024. Homes that sold went under contract in a median of 19 days. At the end of June, 646 were for sale against 848 sales over the past six months: 4.6 months of supply, a balanced market by our measure (above 4 and under 6 months is balanced). By price the market splits: $600K to $750K ran as a seller's market, while $1.4M to $2M gave buyers more room.
