Redmond: 92 sales at a median of $259,475 (+48% from a year earlier), and the typical home went under contract in 22 days.
The median home sold for $297,000 in March 2006, against a range of $172,000 to $297,000 since April 2003.

The median single-family home on less than an acre in Bend sold for $325,872 in March, up 31% from March 2005. 205 sold, 38 fewer than March 2005. Homes that sold went under contract in a median of 26 days. At the end of March, 404 were for sale against 1,277 sales over the past six months: 1.9 months of supply, a seller's market by our measure (4 months or less is a seller's market). By price the market splits: Under $400K, $400K to $500K, $500K to $600K and $600K to $750K ran as a seller's market, while $750K to $1M gave buyers more room.
