The median single-family home on less than an acre in Bend sold for $185,000 in April, up 3% from April 2010. 147 sold, 13 fewer than April 2010. Homes that sold went under contract in a median of 31 days. At the end of April, 619 were for sale against 863 sales over the past six months: 4.3 months of supply, a balanced market by our measure (above 4 and under 6 months is balanced). By price the market splits: Under $400K ran as a seller's market, while $400K to $500K gave buyers more room.
