The median single-family home on less than an acre in Bend sold for $180,000 in May, down 1% from May 2010. 181 sold, 25 more than May 2010. Homes that sold went under contract in a median of 35 days. At the end of May, 644 were for sale against 907 sales over the past six months: 4.3 months of supply, a balanced market by our measure (above 4 and under 6 months is balanced). By price the market splits: Under $400K ran as a seller's market, while $400K to $500K gave buyers more room.
