Bend: 278 sales at a median of $356,124 (+3% from a year earlier), and the typical home went under contract in 16 days. Redmond: 102 sales at a median of $285,000 (+30% from a year earlier), and the typical home went under contract in 10 days.
The median home sold for $327,000 in August 2016, against a range of $225,000 to $329,450 since September 2013.
