Bend: 207 sales at a median of $416,900 (+7% from a year earlier), and the typical home went under contract in 18 days. Redmond: 77 sales at a median of $289,000 (+3% from a year earlier), and the typical home went under contract in 16 days.
The median home sold for $375,000 in April 2018, against a range of $283,000 to $375,000 since May 2015.

Homes that sold went under contract in a median of 18 days.
