Bend: 214 sales at a median of $419,575 (+6% from a year earlier), and the typical home went under contract in 26 days. Redmond: 66 sales at a median of $294,950 (+4% from a year earlier), and the typical home went under contract in 23 days.
The median home sold for $375,000 in March 2018, against a range of $283,000 to $375,000 since April 2015.
