Bend: 168 sales at a median of $424,900 (+8% from a year earlier), and the typical home went under contract in 33 days. Redmond: 64 sales at a median of $300,189 (+4% from a year earlier), and the typical home went under contract in 20 days.
The median home sold for $379,250 in December 2018, against a range of $284,950 to $389,975 since January 2016.
