Bend: 136 sales at a median of $438,500 (+8% from a year earlier), and the typical home went under contract in 40 days. Redmond: 48 sales at a median of $305,250 (+9% from a year earlier), and the typical home went under contract in 38 days.
The median home sold for $374,900 in January 2019, against a range of $284,950 to $389,975 since February 2016.
