Bend: 110 sales at a median of $430,000 (+6% from a year earlier), and the typical home went under contract in 29 days. Redmond: 47 sales at a median of $312,500 (+11% from a year earlier), and the typical home went under contract in 21 days.
The median home sold for $365,000 in February 2019, against a range of $305,000 to $389,975 since March 2016.

Homes that sold went under contract in a median of 29 days.
