Bend: 181 sales at a median of $395,000 (+12% from a year earlier), and the typical home went under contract in 20 days. Redmond: 62 sales at a median of $283,750 (+10% from a year earlier), and the typical home went under contract in 55 days.
The median home sold for $350,000 in March 2017, against a range of $245,000 to $350,000 since April 2014.

Homes that sold went under contract in a median of 20 days.
