Bend: 201 sales at a median of $721,000 (+2% from a year earlier), and the typical home went under contract in 39 days. Redmond: 65 sales at a median of $535,000 (+6% from a year earlier), and the typical home went under contract in 45 days.
The median home sold for $622,748 in September 2025, against a range of $523,500 to $665,000 since October 2022.

The median single-family home on less than an acre in Bend sold for $721,000 in September, up 2% from September 2024. 201 sold, 42 more than September 2024. Homes that sold went under contract in a median of 39 days. At the end of September, 570 were for sale against 1,064 sales over the past six months: 3.2 months of supply, a seller's market by our measure (4 months or less is a seller's market). By price the market splits: $400K to $500K, $500K to $600K, $600K to $750K, $750K to $1M and $1M to $1.4M ran as a seller's market, while $2M to $3M gave buyers more room.
