Bend: 185 sales at a median of $770,000 (+7% from a year earlier), and the typical home went under contract in 30 days. Redmond: 76 sales at a median of $545,000 (+9% from a year earlier), and the typical home went under contract in 28 days.
The median home sold for $655,000 in August 2025, against a range of $523,500 to $665,000 since September 2022.

Bend and Redmond · August 2025
The median single-family home on less than an acre in Bend sold for $770,000 in August, up 7% from August 2024. 185 sold, 16 more than August 2024. Homes that sold went under contract in a median of 30 days. At the end of August, 603 were for sale against 991 sales over the past six months: 3.7 months of supply, a seller's market by our measure (4 months or less is a seller's market). By price the market splits: $400K to $500K, $500K to $600K, $600K to $750K, $750K to $1M and $1M to $1.4M ran as a seller's market, while $2M to $3M gave buyers more room.
