The median single-family home on less than an acre in Bend sold for $755,000 in October, down 4% from October 2024. 173 sold, 17 more than October 2024. Homes that sold went under contract in a median of 52 days. At the end of October, 508 were for sale against 1,079 sales over the past six months: 2.8 months of supply, a seller's market by our measure (4 months or less is a seller's market). By price the market splits: $400K to $500K, $500K to $600K, $600K to $750K, $750K to $1M and $1M to $1.4M ran as a seller's market, while $2M to $3M gave buyers more room.
