Redmond: 76 sales at a median of $283,250 (+45% from a year earlier), and the typical home went under contract in 13 days.
The median home sold for $335,000 in June 2006, against a range of $174,900 to $335,000 since July 2003.

The median single-family home on less than an acre in Bend sold for $365,695 in June, up 38% from June 2005. 260 sold, 43 fewer than June 2005. Homes that sold went under contract in a median of 22 days. At the end of June, 1,015 were for sale against 1,212 sales over the past six months: 5.0 months of supply, a balanced market by our measure (above 4 and under 6 months is balanced). By price the market splits: Under $400K ran as a seller's market, while $400K to $500K, $500K to $600K, $600K to $750K and $750K to $1M gave buyers more room.
