Redmond: 81 sales at a median of $529,997 (0% from a year earlier), and the typical home went under contract in 23 days.
The median home sold for $637,500 in June 2026, against a range of $595,000 to $665,000 since July 2023.

The median single-family home on less than an acre in Bend sold for $727,925 in June, up 6% from June 2025. 220 sold, 39 more than June 2025. Homes that sold went under contract in a median of 16 days. At the end of June, 601 were for sale against 941 sales over the past six months: 3.8 months of supply, a seller's market by our measure (4 months or less is a seller's market). By price the market splits: $400K to $500K, $500K to $600K, $600K to $750K and $750K to $1M ran as a seller's market, while $1.4M to $2M and $2M to $3M gave buyers more room.
