The median single-family home on less than an acre in Central Oregon sold for $268,500 in February, up 13% from February 2014. 229 sold, the same number as February 2014. Bend: 131 sales at a median of $291,000 (+9% from a year earlier), and the typical home went under contract in 39 days. Redmond: 51 sales at a median of $206,000 (+9% from a year earlier), and the typical home went under contract in 67 days.
The median home sold for $268,500 in February 2015, against a range of $154,950 to $278,938 since March 2012.

The median single-family home on less than an acre in Bend sold for $291,000 in February, up 9% from February 2014. 131 sold, 9 fewer than February 2014. Homes that sold went under contract in a median of 39 days. At the end of February, 427 were for sale against 1,042 sales over the past six months: 2.5 months of supply, a seller's market by our measure (4 months or less is a seller's market). By price the market splits: Under $400K, $400K to $500K and $500K to $600K ran as a seller's market, while $600K to $750K gave buyers more room.
