Bend: 203 sales at a median of $352,560 (+8% from a year earlier), and the typical home went under contract in 23 days. Redmond: 80 sales at a median of $268,500 (+21% from a year earlier), and the typical home went under contract in 32 days.
The median home sold for $319,900 in December 2016, against a range of $225,000 to $335,000 since January 2014.
