The median single-family home on less than an acre in Bend sold for $360,000 in April, up 16% from April 2015. 217 sold, 1 fewer than April 2015. Homes that sold went under contract in a median of 13 days. At the end of April, 405 were for sale against 1,109 sales over the past six months: 2.2 months of supply, a seller's market by our measure (4 months or less is a seller's market). By price the market splits: Under $400K, $400K to $500K and $500K to $600K ran as a seller's market, while $750K to $1M gave buyers more room.
