Bend: 256 sales at a median of $470,000 (+9% from a year earlier), and the typical home went under contract in 14 days. Redmond: 101 sales at a median of $314,000 (+2% from a year earlier), and the typical home went under contract in 16 days.
The median home sold for $407,500 in July 2019, against a range of $319,900 to $407,500 since August 2016.

Homes that sold went under contract in a median of 14 days.
