Bend: 180 sales at a median of $233,000 (+19% from a year earlier), and the typical home went under contract in 20 days. Redmond: 46 sales at a median of $141,500 (+18% from a year earlier), and the typical home went under contract in 17 days.
The median home sold for $204,000 in July 2012, against a range of $138,900 to $204,000 since August 2009.
