The median single-family home on less than an acre in Bend sold for $365,000 in June, up 11% from June 2015. 265 sold, 9 fewer than June 2015. Homes that sold went under contract in a median of 15 days. At the end of June, 529 were for sale against 1,241 sales over the past six months: 2.6 months of supply, a seller's market by our measure (4 months or less is a seller's market). By price the market splits: Under $400K, $400K to $500K and $500K to $600K ran as a seller's market, while $750K to $1M gave buyers more room.
