Bend: 213 sales at a median of $390,000 (+7% from a year earlier), and the typical home went under contract in 28 days. Redmond: 71 sales at a median of $305,000 (+13% from a year earlier), and the typical home went under contract in 29 days.
The median home sold for $355,612 in November 2017, against a range of $259,450 to $370,000 since December 2014.

The median single-family home on less than an acre in Bend sold for $390,000 in November, up 7% from November 2016. 213 sold, 10 fewer than November 2016. Homes that sold went under contract in a median of 28 days. At the end of November, 460 were for sale against 1,468 sales over the past six months: 1.9 months of supply, a seller's market by our measure (4 months or less is a seller's market). By price the market splits: Under $400K, $400K to $500K, $500K to $600K, $600K to $750K and $750K to $1M ran as a seller's market, while $1M to $1.4M gave buyers more room.
