Bend: 160 sales at a median of $180,000 (−7% from a year earlier), and the typical home went under contract in 27 days. Redmond: 58 sales at a median of $122,400 (−31% from a year earlier), and the typical home went under contract in 40 days.
The median home sold for $155,000 in April 2010, against a range of $155,000 to $340,000 since May 2007.

The median single-family home on less than an acre in Bend sold for $180,000 in April, down 7% from April 2009. 160 sold, 50 more than April 2009. Homes that sold went under contract in a median of 27 days. At the end of April, 778 were for sale against 888 sales over the past six months: 5.3 months of supply, a balanced market by our measure (above 4 and under 6 months is balanced).
