Bend: 134 sales at a median of $349,000 (+2% from a year earlier), and the typical home went under contract in 91 days. Redmond: 53 sales at a median of $260,000 (+10% from a year earlier), and the typical home went under contract in 101 days.
The median home sold for $310,000 in February 2007, against a range of $179,000 to $335,000 since March 2004.

Homes that sold went under contract in a median of 91 days. At the end of February, 1,040 were for sale against 837 sales over the past six months: 7.5 months of supply, a buyer's market by our measure (6 months or more is a buyer's market).
