Outside our home market
Ryan Realty works Central Oregon. Our brokers live in Bend and cover the towns around it, from Redmond and Sisters to Sunriver and La Pine. Cave Junction is outside that area. Our MLS feed is statewide, so this home and its price are live and current — what we cannot tell you is which street in Cave Junction is the one to buy on.
A broker who works Cave Junction every day will know it better than we do. Tell us what you need and we will introduce you to one we would use ourselves. No cost, no obligation.

Esterly Lakes offers a beautiful 460 acres of private recreational land centered around an impressive 20-acre lake outside Cave Junction. Once part of a historic mining operation, the land today features generally gentle, rolling terrain with excellent accessibility and tremendous potential. The lake is tucked well within the property, creating a private waterfront setting with little visibility from neighboring lands. With three tax lots, substantial acreage, and forest zoning, the property offers potential for residential development, a private homestead, recreational retreat, or other outdoor-oriented uses subject to land-use approval. Enjoy room for livestock, gardens, trails, hunting, riding, and more, with direct access to extensive adjoining public lands. An existing shop structure provides useful storage while you bring your equipment, tools, and ideas to shape Esterly Lakes into your own Southern Oregon retreat.
