Ryan Realty respects your privacy and your right to control your personal data. This page explains how to request deletion of any personal information we hold about you, including data we may have received from third-party platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Meta lead forms, our website forms, or our CRM).

How to Request Data Deletion

To request deletion of your personal data from Ryan Realty’s systems, contact us using any of the methods below. We will process your request and confirm deletion within 30 days, in compliance with applicable privacy regulations including GDPR and CCPA.

Send an email with the subject line “Data Deletion Request” to:

Include in your email:

  • Your full name
  • Email address(es) associated with your account or interactions
  • Phone number(s) if applicable
  • A brief description of the data you’d like deleted (e.g., “all data,” “lead form submissions,” “marketing list”)

What Data We May Have

Depending on how you’ve interacted with Ryan Realty, we may have:

  • Contact information: Name, email, phone, mailing address
  • Property interests: Search criteria, areas of interest, price range, timeline
  • Communication history: Emails, calls, text messages, in-app messages
  • Lead form submissions: Information from Facebook Lead Forms, Instagram Lead Forms, our website forms, or other lead generation channels
  • CRM records: Notes from interactions, transaction history, preferences
  • Website analytics: Anonymized browsing data tied to identifiers (IP, device fingerprints, cookies)

Third-Party Data

If you submitted information through a Facebook or Instagram Lead Form, we will:

  1. Delete your data from our CRM (Follow Up Boss)
  2. Delete your data from our backend systems and webhooks
  3. Mark you as “do not contact” across all our marketing tools

Confirmation

Once your deletion request is processed, you will receive a confirmation email at the address you provided. You may also request a copy of the data we held about you before deletion.

Exceptions

We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, including:

  • Transaction records required by Oregon real estate licensing law
  • Records subject to legal hold
  • Anonymized analytics data that no longer identifies you personally

Where we retain data, we will document the legal basis and provide that explanation in your confirmation email.
